gDGA Token Terms
Token System
- gDGA tokens are earned through staking DGA tokens
- Fixed exchange rate: 1 gDGA = $1.00 USD for platform services
- Tokens are used exclusively for platform subscription payments
- Token balances are maintained in your platform account
Token Usage
- gDGA tokens can only be used for platform service payments
- Tokens cannot be transferred between user accounts
- Unused tokens remain in your account balance
- Token earning rates may be adjusted with notice
Token Risks
- Token system may be modified or discontinued
- Staking rewards are not guaranteed
- Smart contract risks associated with DGA staking
- Regulatory changes may affect token operations
User Responsibilities

Compliance

Account Termination
Termination by User

- Unused gDGA tokens may be forfeited upon termination
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
- Immediate termination for illegal activities or fraud
- 30-day notice for service discontinuation
- Refunds handled according to our refund policy

Updates and Changes
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
